The Producer Behind the Board
Founded in 2022 by longtime Fort Worth musician, producer and engineer Randy Gray, Twelve Tone Studios grew out of a simple idea: artists deserve a hands-on partner, not just a room with microphones. Randy has been performing around Fort Worth since his teens — including the Stockyards itself — and has spent nearly three decades playing guitar and bass on stages across Texas and beyond.
That background shapes every session. Rather than renting out studio time, Twelve Tone works through the song and arrangement with you, then carries it through tracking, overdubs and mixing — keeping the feel, personality and authenticity that made the song worth recording in the first place.
